PKCD joined Phuket car free day cycling project 2017 on 24 September 2017

  

the project aim to encourage the use of bicycles. Mr. Nipon Akewanich, PKCD’s executive board announced the synergies of two sharing bike providers “Obike” from Singapore and “OFO” from China who offer one month free sharing bike ride in Phuket old town.

Under the campaign “ride change the city” which cooperation campaign push from PKCD and government agencies in Phuket toward Phuket Smart city. In order to, promote Smart mobility, promote tourism and solve traffic congestion within the city.

For the activity supported by Phuket municipality, Phuket city police station, Phuket bike association, Association for Health Thailand, Limelight avenue and PKCD. The bicycle route start from Limelight avenue to  72nd Anniversary Queen Sirikit Park total distance 11 kilometers.
